Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Textify (the "Service"), a browser extension and related website that rewrites text you type into structured prompts. By installing or using Textify, you agree to these terms.

The Service

Textify adds a button inside supported AI chat sites. When you use it, your text is sent to an AI provider to produce an improved prompt, which is returned to you. You remain responsible for what you send and for how you use the results.

Free and Pro plans

Free includes a limited number of one-tap upgrades per day and runs on a fast model.
Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks a higher limit, the most capable model, and the full set of controls.
Limits and features may change over time. We'll try to give reasonable notice of material changes.

Payments

Pro is billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel any time and keep Pro until the end of the current period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

Don't use Textify to generate unlawful content, to abuse or overload the Service, to reverse-engineer or resell it, or to violate the terms of the AI chat sites it runs on. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your content

You keep all rights to the text you submit and the prompts you receive. We claim no ownership over them.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is." AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete — review it before relying on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the Service, and you may stop using it at any time by uninstalling the extension and deleting your account.
